What is The Essential Baby Pack
The Essential Baby Pack is a community-informed initiative providing inclusive, practical education and resources for mothers and caregivers from conception to one year after the baby is born.
It brings together clear, accessible information to support people in making informed decisions during pregnancy and early parenting.
This work is grounded in a simple belief: knowledge should not be a privilege. Everyone deserves access to information that is easy to understand, relevant, and supportive.

Items of the Essential Baby Packs are linked to an online course to help increase your health literacy and get the right help at the right time
Paid opportunities to develop community materials for others such as leaflets, mini films, podcasts
Spaces are respectful, inclusive, and supportive
Connections to local and national donations to discreetly help in times of need
If you attend one of our ACT 2026 support groups the Essential Baby Pack and online course is free of charge.
